(Studio) Senator George McGovern says he met secretly with North Vietnam and Viet Cong in Paris in May. Says their conditions for peace were: all-out withdrawal and for US to stop supporting Thieu regime. Rogers dismissed McGovern report as Communist line. Undersecretary State, Elliot Richardson, says signs at Paris Peace Talks point to war's end. Rogers agrees with him.
