(Port-au-Prince, Haiti) President Francois "Papa Doc" Duvalier decrees big turnout to greet Rockefeller. No one protests here. 50,000 across from President palace. Dictator Duvalier wanted Rockefeller to come. Wants more aid and better trade relations Guns visible about palace.
