(Studio) United States makes friendly gesture to Communist China by relaxing trade and travel restrictions. Americans abroad can purchase up to $100 worth of Chinese products and some can visit cntry.: journalists, teachers, Congmen., students, and scientists. State Department spokesperson, Robert McCloskey says move consistent with Admin. desire for peaceful contact with China. McCloskey says wouldn't be surprised if Peking refuses to go along.
