UPI says North Vietnam infiltration dropped last month American peace activist, David Dellinger, in Paris trying to get release of 3 Americans promised by North Vietnam over Jul. 4th. Dellinger under indictment for violence at 1968 Democratic Convention Federal Judge permitted Paris trip.
