(DC) [HUGHES - says government action to meet drug problem taken.] Hughes sought information on marijuana. [Former Drug Addict Laurence LEVIN - feels marijuana dangerous. It makes you feel good. Facilities needed for people to help selves.] [New York Drug Agency Official Larry Alan BEAR - says older generation paved way to drugs through barbiturates and such.]
