(Studio) Senator Edward Kennedy asks Massachusetts Supreme Court to halt inquest temporarily.

(Boston, Massachusetts) [Massachusetts Attorney General Robert QUINN - says Judge grants delay until Const. issues settled.] Kennedy attys. say he should have right to cross-examine witnesses. Say 100s reporters present changes in nature of case. Associate Justice Paul Reardan agreed grave Const. issues raised. Told attys. to be silent in the matter., To be 2-4 weeks before inquest resumes.
