(Studio) For more than a week, rescue teams at Sunshine Silver Mine have searched for survivors of a fire.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith
(Kellogg, ID) Relatives of missing men waited 10 days for news, sustained by small hope. [Mine General Mgr., Marvin CHASE - announces 19 men found dead, 7 more unaccounted for.] 2 men rescued alive 2 days ago, giving relatives more strength; now they are emotionally and physically drained. Final bodies found later.
