(Studio) Senator study of operation of enlisted Men's Clubs hears that sergeant Major led conspiracy involving senior enlisted men.

(DC) Senator finds record of NCO probe in West Germany, begun 4 years ago by Army investigator Irvin Beard. [BEARD - says study showed criminal conspiracy involving systematic larceny of club system. sergeant Major William Wooldridge was leader of this organization $1000s stolen annually from slot machines.] Wooldridge and others subpoenaed. [Attorney David THOMAS - says Wooldridge record refutes conspiracy possibility. He may take 5th Amendment during questioning.] Committee study shows $53 million profit.
