(Cerritos, California) She lived there from 1914-1930. Park dedicated to her on family land, House and land sold by her brother. [Mayor Tony CORDERO - hopes all children will enjoy park.] Kiwanis donate Christmas tree and Mrs. Nixon turns 1 shovel of dirt on tree. [Pat NIXON - says it's always a thrill to return home. Lauds town.] Tricia Nixon there, Few antiwar pickets there.
