(Studio) Alabama Governor George Wallace will probably never recover full use of his legs. Wallace, however, not prepared to accept that assessment.

(DC) Mrs. Wallace visits wounded Secret Serviceman Nick Zarvos at Walter Reed Hospital. [Cornelia WALLACE - says husband will continue to campaign from wheelchair (as did Roosevelt). Alabama Representative Bill Nichols, told be would never walk again, does.] [Wallace press aide, Billy Joe CAMP - says Wallace will continue to campaign via television in OR, Rhode Island,NM.] Staff members work from room at Holy Cross Hospital, where Governor is convalescing. [Staffer - talks with concerned supporter on phone.]
