(San Francisco, California) Governor Ronald Reagan heads smooth and powerful organization [REAGAN - says believes in American justice system.] Jesse Unruh opposes Reagan. [UNRUH - says oil company execs. major Reagan supporters, major environmental polluters.] Unruh has little money. [UNRUH - says Reagan gives tax breaks to big business, not people.] [REAGAN - says Unruh makes idle promises.] Polls show Reagan far ahead.
