(Studio) Ohio primary (Humphrey vs McGovern) and IN (Humphrey vs Wallace) held today. Ohio polls open until midnight.
(Cleveland, Ohio) Voting machines delivered late to a Ohio suburban precinct. [Voter unhappy.] McGovern calls it a scandal. [Senator Hubert HUMPHREY - angry when he learns machines out in his strong area.] 170 of 1700 polling places in Cuyahoga County (incl. Cleveland) began day with no machines, or ones which didn't work. Humphrey forces go to Fed. district court insisting on extending voting hrs. to midnight.
