(Fort Carson, Colorado) Retreat and reveille formations ended. [Major General Bernard W. ROGERS - says Army getting better for GIs; reforms needed.] Go-go dancers in GI clubs. [GI - criticizes Army.] Barracks better; training reduced; GI's skills used well; radical panel and drug center set up. [ROGERS - says men don't need busy work if they do good job.] Reenlistments up, absent without leave down.
