(Fort Bragg, North Carolina) MacDonald's wife and 2 daughters beaten and stabbed to death Feb. 17. [MacDONALD - says was injured in hippie attack.] Captain charged with killing family; charges dropped in October; report says charges not true.

(DC) [MacDONALD - says wants Army to find killers and clear his name; Army investigators afraid of being shown incompetent.] [Representative Allard K. LOWENSTEIN - says FBI hasn't identified 46 sets of fingerprints from scene.] [MacDONALD - says spent $30,000 for defense, time in jail; lost family; wants justice.]
