(South Vietnam) American doctors train South Vietnamese to fix faces disfigured by war for a project named Operation About Face. [Commander William SCOTT - says many South Vietnamese need treatment; new skills needed.] [Commander Peter CONNOLE - says South Vietnamese proud of features; maimed people ashamed.] 20,000 Vietnamese need artificial eyes; many need new noses.
