(Studio) Fort Benning, Lieutenant William Calley's defense attorney loses 2 battles.

(Fort Benning, Georgia) Judge, Colonel Reid Kennedy, rejects dismissal motion and also rejects George Latimer's motion to request top Pentagon officials to prove high level pressure for trial; had wanted Colonel Lon Marlowe, Calley's former commander at Fort Benning; Melvin Laird, Stanley Resor, and William Westmoreland to testify. [George LATIMER - interviewed.] Only dismissal motion left based on pre-trial publicity.
