(Studio) Critics of G. Harrold Carswell's nomination get new ammunition Florida newspaper reports 1966 property sale by Carswell had provision only whites could use or own it. Ron Ziegler says Nixon disapproves of restrictive covenants but finds it not to be isolated incident; it is now illegal. John Guin of Tallahassee who wrote deed said restriction put in at request of some purchasers, not the Carswells.
