(Studio) United States Air Force base was being de-emphasized as part of United States withdrawal; is now being built up again.

(Bien Hoa, South Vietnam) Bien Hoa air base was being phased out, turned over to South Vietnam. North Vietnam offensive changed all that. 2 squadrons Marine A-4 attack-bombers arrive. [Captain Larry KELLEY - says when plane is fired on, there's too much to do to get nervous.]
