(Studio) President Nixon's trip to Kiev in Ukraine, filled with sightseeing and ceremony.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner

(Kiev, USSR ) Ukrainian officials entertain Nixons at dinner at Palace. In motorcade, they see streets of city, museum at 11th century Saint Sophia Cathedral, modeled after those in Constantinople. Mrs. Nixon visits young pioneer's Palace, finds mechanical elephant. Children perform Ukrainian dance. Officials see Nixon's off at airport.
