(Scottsville, Kentucky) Mayor of Scottsville, Mel Taylor, says gas lines owned by city leaky and in poor condition. State Fire Marshal ordered town closed for 3 days due to leaks. [MAN - says leaks dangerous; wouldn't want family here.] Governor Louie Nunn announces $1 million soon available to build new system.
