(DC) Hoover's body removed from Capitol Rotunda, after laying in state 24 hrs. Washington, DC police stand honor guard. Honorary pall bearers are senior mbrs. FBI. 1000 gather at National Presbyterian Church where Hoover had been a deacon. Former Attorney General Mitchell and President lead procession of dignitaries from diplomatic corps, cabinet, and Congress [NIXON - eulogizes Hoover as living legend who loved law.] Hoover's burial a private ceremony at Congress Cemetery. [Senator Chaplain - commends body to earth.]
