(Boston, Massachusetts) Oldest and longest American footrace started 74 years ago, 26 mile long; 8 women break tradition and enter race. [Pat TARNWASKY - says women revolting against leisure life.] [Trainer Jock SEMPLE - says women entered race because stubborn.] Englander breaks record by 3 minutes; woman finishes 1 hour later. [Mrs. Sara Mae BERMAN - says feels stiff and cold.]
