(NYC) 24 hour boycott to effect interntl. action against hijacking announced by John J. O'Donnell, president Airline Pilots Association [O'DONNELL - says action not directed against airlines, but against global failure to stop hijackings.] Uncertain that pilots of United and American Airlines will join strike. United pilots split; to vote tomorrow. American's pilots to vote tomorrow in Dallas, Texas. Teamsters, mechanics, and ground servicing unions agree to honor strike. Details of planned strike enumerated.
