(Moscow, USSR ) Writer Andre Amalrik risks imprisonment by criticizing government from within USSR . [AMALRIK - reports wide dissatisfaction with government] 27 year old poet Vladimir Bukovsky spent 6 yrs in insane asylums for publicly dissenting. [BUKOVSKY - reports severe punishments in asylum; doctors punish with drug injections or by rolling patients in wet canvas.] [Communist convert Pioris YAKIR - believes USSR much better than under Joseph Stalin, still progressing; was imprisoned by Stalin; reports human rights incring.]
