(Detroit, Michigan) Accused, 28 year old Martin Joseph McNally, of Detroit suburb, comes to FBI attention through tip to Wayne County sheriff's office. Charged with air piracy. [FBI agent Neil WELCH - says plane was traveling too fast for safe parachuting. Hijacker was hit hard by jet stream, causing him to lose money and gun.] (Peru, IN) Machine gun used in hijacking, money taken, found in fields. (Detroit, Michigan) Air piracy trial to be held in Saint Louis, Missouri.
