(DC) Believes Senator will approve President' choices. Nixon feels South claim to Court; ought to be better way to pick justices. Attorney Herschel H. Friday and Judge Mildred L. Lillie have adverse American Bar Association criticism against them, and 2 nominees appear as 2nd choices. Nixon is getting tough law and order court; both nominees very conservative; examples given.
