CONNALLY - says not asking for tax on excess profits because aren't any excess profits.] AFL-CIO President George Meany told House Banking Committee continued labor cooperations depend on quality of sacrifice. Meany tells pay board labor will discuss nothing else until retroactive wage issue settled.
