(DC) Court has important decisions upcoming on capital punishment and immunity of journalists' information President and Senator must fill 2 court chairs. Representative Richard H. Poff removes self from consideration due to possible controversy like other 2 rejected Nixon appointees; cites Nixon and Attorney General John North Mitchell's criterion for justices. He'll pick member like his social philosophy. High court shouldn't be extension of executive branch. Appts. should be quick.
