(Studio) Humphrey is such a great personality, wants to be President so much, it hurts to see him losing, no matter who one is for. Humphrey says if he loses bid for President, he will become best doggone Senator ever. Commentator says nation needs doggone good Senator Success of Wallace and McGovern due to protests against ineffective government in face of growing problems. "Time" mag. says Congress is in 1 of worst do-nothing moods. Only exceptional men can move inert body to action and Humphrey is effective mover.
