(Studio) Congress conference committee working on tax bill. White House threatens veto if bill contains campaign fund checkoff plan and bigger cuts than Nixon wanted. Key Democrats say President may not get tax bill at all if bill vetoed. Democratic National Party Chairperson Lawrence F. O'Brien calls veto threat an outrageous admission of Republican party's reliance on big money and vested interests.
