Stanley POTTINGER - says Boston created 2 racially identifiable school sub-systems.] Lewis Little School, 85% black contrasted with Patrick Gavin Junior High, mostly white. [Chairperson school committee Paul TIERNEY - denies charges, offers cooperation.]
