(Studio) House-Senator Conf. Committee postpones tax financing of President election campaigns until after `72 campaign.

(DC) Democrat contenders Humphrey, Jackson, McGovern, and Muskie agree to limit expenditures for primaries, conserving funds for election. [Sen Hubert HUMPHREY - says President Nixon's opposition to campaign financing is `hogwash.'] White House spokesperson hinted Nixon still opposes tax check-off for elections.
