GURNEY - asks if Cole knows 3 men allegedly offering $50,0 00 bribe.] [Army Investigator CWO James River JOHNSON - says Cole knew names.] [COLE - says CID report filed by Johnson states I was in emotional state at time supposedly told Johnson I knew names.] [JOHNSON - says wrote down 2 bribers' names.] [COLE - says Johnson wrote down names.] [Senator Charles H. PERCY - says thinks good chance Cole committed perjury, betrayed friends; finds evidence incredible.]
