(Studio) Navy reports Marine copters attack and destroy several small North Vietnam boats in raid near Dong Hoi, North Vietnam. Boats were attempting to unload supplies from Chinese freighters. Other strikes knock out MiG bases and rail lines from China.

(Hung Yen, North Vietnam) Japanese news agency film shows North Vietnam town allegedly destroyed by American bombing on July 7. Central residential area said hit. North Vietnam charge percussion and incendiary bombs used in area where main industry is only handicraft and farming. American officials insist only military targets are hit.
