(Studio) Saigon announces North Vietnam attacked Duc Duc, South Vietnam, last Sunday;killed 200 civilians. South Vietnam President Thieu visits troops in Dong Ha, South Vietnam.

(Dong Ha, South Vietnam) Thieu meets troops involved in Laos Operation. [THIEU - says South Vietnam has capability to attack North Vietnam territory; form and scale of attack-depend on support from allies.] Thieu also announces South Vietnam forces attacked North Vietnam base in Laos this morning; Says Laos Operation successful, South Vietnam forces continue to cross into Laos.
