(DC) [Dr. Donald LOURIA - says if marijuana legalized, persons under 18 will use it even if not supposed to.] [John KAPLAN - says enforcing laws against marijuana impossible.] [James GILBERT - believes illegality of marijuana increases temptation to try it; leads to harder drug use.] [Michael CALDERONE - believes feelings of inadequacy lead to marijuana use.]
