(Studio) Compromise reached on new draft law.

(DC) House-Senator conference committee agrees to amendment to draft bill stating withdrawal from South Vietnam sense of Congress, not policy of United States government [Senator John C. STENNIS - says some Senators may be opposed to compromise at first, but will find more impact than compromise appears to have.] If bill not passed by next Friday, won't be draft call until October
