(Jackson, Mississippi) James Meredith, 1st black admitted to University of Mississippi, returns to Jackson from New York City to become soap products distributor. [MEREDITH - says filth, crime and insecurity associated with black neighborhoods doesn't exist in Jackson.] Elijah Davis has returned to Jackson from Gary, IN, to open service station. [DAVIS - says left and returned to find peace, escape fear.] Former football player Roosevelt Davis, Robert Salone return to Jackson.
