(DC) President Nixon's trip to People's Republic of China, to help his 1972 re-election chances; may make trips to USSR and Japan; hopes to have ended Vietnam war, reached agreement with USSR on control of nuclear weapons, reached agreement on Berlin, Germany, by next year; while seems possible Nixon can campaign as peace champion, uncertain whether he can campaign as prosperity champion.
