(Studio) Norwegian voters last week rejected bid to join European Common Mkt. Denmark holds referendum. Danes vote 2 to 1 to join.

(Copenhagen, Denmark) Emotions run high, pro and con joining Common Mkt. Nationalism is not dead in Europe. World War II resentments against Germany, fear of industrialization cause Danes to fight against entry. Exports necessary to keep country alive, however, and that depends on Common Mkt.
