(Studio) Supreme Court clears way for resumption of Pentagon Papers trial of Daniel Ellsberg and Anthony Russo. They are charged with espionage, conspiracy, misuse of government property in leak of papers to press. Trial recessed last July due to government wiretap of defense attorney Supreme Court rules wiretap had no bearing on case.
