(Studio) Federal Aviation Administration reports Cuban Premier Castro talked with captain of hijacked Southern airliner. pilot Bill Haas says Castro praised him for skill in landing plane, crippled when FBI shot out tires. Hijackers to be treated as criminals. Acting FBI Director L. Patrick Gray says he ordered plane's tires shot.
