(Studio) Federal grand jury in Cleveland, Ohio, indicts 4 officials of UMW (United Mine Workers of America, International Union) in connection with murder of insurgent mine leader Joseph Yablonski and family. 4 charged with conspiring to influence witnesses to give false testimony. Accused are: Albert Pass, William Prater, Chester Philpot, and Ernest Stults.
