[Electronics fireman Leroy TEMPLETON - says subcommittee trying to prove permissiveness exists in Navy. Wants to discredit Admiral Zumwalt, not to deal with racial problems.] [Petty ofr. 3rd class Michael DAWSON - says subcommittee questions aim at blaming sailors for disobedience.]
