(Studio) Crime is a problem in London, just as in US.

(London, England) E. London slum, Wapping, just as bad now as when Charles Dickens wrote about it in "Oliver Twist." Henry Farris 20, Keith Walker, 18, and Phil Hooper, 15, are 3 Wapping thugs. Farris has served 3 1/2 years in jail; Walker, 1 year These and others have no jobs, no entertainment. Murders in Wapping up 31%,robberies up 18% this year [FARRIS and WALKER - say don't really hurt anybody; don't regret robbing people.] Gambling and drinking heavy in Wapping.
