(Studio) Unofficial black committee investigating deaths of 2 black students at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA, during police-student confrontation, releases findings.

(Baton Rouge, LA) Committee absolves students of blame for incident. Highly critical of administration of Southern University, police, and Governor Edwin Edwards. [Black peoples' committee of inquiry member D-Army BAILEY - says sheriff emotionally ill-equipped to deal with situation; wantonly disregarded human life. Governor negligent in failure to assume control of situation. [EDWARDS - charges committee with predictable partiality.] Official committee still in session.
