(Studio) Troops try to seal off Managua, declared contaminated zone after earthquake destroys city Saturday

(Managua, Nicaragua) People lose everything they have. Govt. not distributing supplies in Managua, in effort to get people out of city. Refugee camps set up outside city. Agency International Development supplies camp set up by US. Shelters 3000. Hernandes family has 2nd home outside city where take belongings from Managua. Wealthy, sleep with guns nearby to protect possessions.
