(Studio) Federal Aviation Administration orders airlines to visually screen all passengers in an attempt to curtail hijackers. Federal Aviation Administration behavioral profile, used in screening, nay not be effective. Garrett Trapnell, confessed hijacker, has arrest and psychiatric records, and yet he passed Trans World Airlines, Inc. (TWA) screening before hijack from Los Angeles, Cal. to N.Y. Saturday
