(Studio) In 1968 in Houston, Tex., black activist Lee Otis Johnson sentenced to 30 years for giving a marijuana cigarette to an undercover agent. 3 wks. ago Fed judge ruled he did not get fair trial and officials were ordered to release him or give him new trial. Houston officials to appeal, and if appeal fails they will retry Johnson, who remains in jail.
