(Bal Harbour, Florida) AFL-CIO leaders review Democrat President hopefuls: Senators Hubert Humphrey, Vance Hartke, and Edmund Muskie. Organized labor qualifies support of busing. [AFL-CIO President George MEANY - approves busing for quality integrated ad., but deplores using issue for political gain.] [HUMPHREY - says compulsory busing doesn't work.] [MUSKIE - says objective is quality education of all children, and busing is least desirable answer.]
